raspberry. Go to the contact page to request a quote or order a cake. If you want something special or not shown in the galleries, choose other or consult with Shari from the drop
down menu. You can also choose to hold a cake with save the date option. Cakes are freshly made with ingredients like eggs, butter, canola oil and no trans fat shortening. Buttercream
frosting is prepared with confectioner's sugar, butter, cream, shortening and optional flavorings such as pure vanilla, dutch processed cocoa powder, almond extract as listed in the
cake options. Butter cream can be tinted any color. Fondant can be flavored or tinted and is made with confectioner's sugar, corn syrup white chocolate and marshmallow. (Fondant
covered cakes always have buttercream frosting under the fondant.) Fondant can be eaten. It has a texture like Tootsie Rolls. It is like sweet candy. Chocolate Fondant is prepared
with semi sweet chocolate and corn syrup. Fondant is best to form animals, people, tools, or other special request theme objects to be included on a cake. Fondant looks smooth and
crisp and makes it easier to push the envelope with creativity. Royal Icing consists of confectioner's sugar, powdered egg whites, flavoring and water and is usually only used for
flowers or decorations. It will be very hard and crunchy. Most flowers and leaves can be created with buttercream, fondant, or royal icing. Fondant or royal icing flowers will hold up
better in the warm weather for outside events. Frosting as well as the cake batter could be tinted to any color to match the event's theme. Cakes can be customized to a single layer,
multiple stacked layers or can be stacked on pillars. Flowers to decorate the cakes can be fashioned of butter cream royal icing or Fondant. Live flowers can also be placed on cakes
or in a bouquet with the cake on pillars above them. Wedding cakes can be placed on cake stands if desired. Several designs are available at stores like JoAnne's , Michaels or Pat
